Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bombay Shoppers, we aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

- To request a cancellation, email us at bombayshopperss@gmail.com with your order number.

- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return (if eligible).
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email with pictures of the product and packaging.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals (if any).

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items:

- Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
-
- Perishable items or hygiene-related products (unless defective).
-
- Clearance sale items marked “No Returns”.
3. Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

- We do not charge any hidden fees or penalties for eligible cancellations or refunds.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
